    tomorrow morning to a crest of 16.2 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Indiana along Big Walnut Creek,
  including the following county, Putnam.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 758 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the
    warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - The river gauge along Big Walnut Creek near Roachdale shows
    that the river is still rising.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
